The method is based on the premise that men produce two types of sperm, the X (female) and Y (male). The Y sperms are smaller and more delicate, but faster, than the X sperms (which are bigger, tougher and slower), the system is based on providing an environment which is more likely to help the type of sperm that matches your preference to get to the egg first. There are 6 basic recommendations to follow.

Nothing’s more frustrating than not knowing why your baby is crying. You feel powerless and dissheartened listening to your child cry.
There are many different potential causes, and many different options you can take to soothe baby colic. You probably already know it’s important that you do take action because your BABY needs rest and YOU need rest!
Now there are steps you can take to soothe and calm your colicky baby which will shorten the crying spells and become less often. Parents the world over are having great success with these baby colic relief techniques.
But first, let me tell you what I found worked best to calm and settle my 2 daughters both of which had severe gastric reflux, now aged 5 and 18months.
Our bedtime sleep routine, after the nappy change, was to breast and formula feed my baby in her darkened room in a rocking chair with gentle classical music playing, the same music CD every time. The gentle rocking of the chair was noticeably soothing, and sleep inducing, rock slowly if bottle feeding to reduce baby gulping air from the milk sloshing in the bottle. Always burp your baby afterward, if the burping unsettles your baby, just rock a bit more until she’s sleepy again, but not completely asleep, as I found it’s best to let your baby settle herself to sleep in her own bedding.
I played the same classical music to both of my daughters in preparation for sleep, they learn quite quickly that when they hear that music it’s sleep time. I donated the same CD to the infant’s room at creche and they love it there too, my 11 month old daughter was playing with toys once and heard the music playing in the babies sleep room, she lay down next to the toys and went to sleep. Would you like to know the name of the CD? Well I’ll tell you, it’s ‘Pachelbel Forever By The Sea’, soothing instrumental orchelstral music comprised of harps, piano, and violin, this lovely music is set to gentle oceans sounds, mainly waves. My 5 year old asks to have this music on to go to sleep by even now, she says it makes her feel sleepy, a godsend on nights when we want her in bed early!
