Julie Freeman: Medical Scientist & Mother of 2 Preschoolers

Thursday, May 21st, 2009

Hello,

I have worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist for the last 24 years in the microbiology departments of 2 major Melbourne hospitals, it’s a rewarding and often challenging career, but the most challenging aspect of my life is being a mother to my 2 beautiful daughters, aged 5 and 18 months!  I had my children later in life than most women (39 for my 1st child, 43 the 2nd) because of medical complications that started in my early teenage years. It can be stressful at times manageing work and parental responsibilities at the same time, but I have found lots of great information that really helps in the ebooks on my website www.babyhealthsecrets.com .

For anyone trying to conceive or who is pregnant, ‘Pregnancy from A-Z’ is a great source of information, and once you have your beautiful child ‘New Mothers Survival Guide’ covers all the essential techniques you’ll need to not only survive your first year but love it too!  I wish I knew about the ebook ‘Baby Colic-10 ways to help your baby sleep through the night’ for my first daughter, this book contains great tips from parents of colicky babies to help calm the crying.  Both of my daughters have had severe reflux which is extremely messy and dissheartening at times, but I learnt how to manage it, if anyone wants some advice in that area, I’d be glad to help.

If you’re contemplating pregnancy or are a new mother have a look at Baby Health Secrets for some fantastic instant download digital ebooks that will make this challenging part of your life the most amazing, exciting experience of your life.
